Agreed...I'm sure they will fix it...I don't quite get it how come so many people can moan if the crew is trying to bring some improvements. Not many online games crews do so.

Played my first game under the new sim with 'meatwall' by mistake. Got 'whipped' 2-0 by Mount.

Apart from the general suckky nature of the passing etc, anyone figured out a good tactic yet? My 4-3-3 with triangle midfield is doing OK.

first match: 3-4-3 diamond, semi-A squad, drew 0-0 at home with Boosted FC, 10-2 SC for me, 64% possession... and according to MZ Manager, his club's value was a good 500K more than mine

2nd match: 3-4-3 diamond, semi-A squad, drew 2-2 at home with Hope United... 11-11 SC, 64% possession... according to MZ Manager, his squad wasnt even worth $1M while mine was $3.2M

I just suffered my first real ****y result. One man up, totally dominating the game but still my strikers keep losing the ball. Yet it somehow comes up with 9-4 SC to the other team and they somehow win 1-0! This needs to be sorted...long balls are not scoring chances!

Yeah I reckon long balls are quite dead...though my short passing seems to be working well, I'll see after I see more games.

I have watched several games on the new sim and it has many glaring problems that need to be sorted out. Forwards passing backwards when in front of the other team's goal, players running to spots on then for no reason stoping, and the speed up on free kicks is silly and very unrealistic. At times it appears the crew tried to reinvent the wheel and did too much. I hope they take a step back and see they tried to do too many things on this sim and adjust back accordingly.

I still think this sim is amazing...mostly because I beat some good teams (won 1-0 vs Baltimore Futbol Club yesterday, won after penalties in the adventure cup over a VERY good swedish team (his attackers are worth 1 million each).

Ofcourse, improvements are always good, and I'm sure they will improve the sim further, but I like it the way it is now.

The basics of this simulator look fantastic...just a shame the players don't use their Play Int to proper use.

This sim is so weird... One day great results, the next worse than ever. Anyone actually found a tactic with consistent results?

The one I use has its ups and downs to say the least:

Agreed Nekton, my tactics are always giving me weird results. I beat Middlesbrough United easily 3-0 the other day, and then I go and lose to some crappy team using the same tactic.

Yes. Fed up with the ball sitting in midfield while everyone dances around trying to find it

These are the 2 tactics I've done best with, but still get mixed results.

I agree...very mixed results...I got really mad at my team today...but oh well.

I used a similar tactic that nekton did...just with strikers a bit more forward.
