What the hell kind of animal is that supposed to be on the Algeria shirt?

It looks ridiculous.

The fennec fox, which is the national animal of Algeria, and is known for its large ears.

I love it!

Very smart, although I still can't get used to South Africa having such restrained designs, I kinda miss the "explosion in a paint factory" look that Kappa gave them in the late 90's.

Why you just keep calling "stupid" or "ridiculous" to the animals on the Africans shirts?? They are national symbols, they transmit the identity of a country!!

I think stupid are your comments..think twice before you post them

Totally agree, it was a very ignorant post.

This thread isn't about national symbols, it's about football shirts, and irregardless of what they symbolize, the animal jerseys still look ridiculous.

The closest thing my country has to an animal 'national symbol' is a Bald Eagle and if Nike made a USA jersey with an eagle on it I would say it looked ridiculous.

It seems like people here get offended and put off by the tiniest and most insignificant things. Everyone can have their own opinion and if you don't like mine you can just ignore it, right?

If the kits contain symbols/animals and I'm giving my opinion about it then I'm still talking about the kits that is the theme of this thread..

You could just say you don't like the kits..or don't like the animals on the kits..don't have to call ridiculous or idiots..And in this case Puma decided to enhance the animals/symbols that give the nicknames to the African National Teams they sponsor and they did a great job in my opinion.

So yes you could have your opinion and I respect it, but i don't have to ignore it when i think your being rude.

Yeah it would be nice if you considered the fact the fennec fox may be very special to the algerian people. So by calling it "ridiculous" is a bit of an insult to the algerian nation and its people. I too respect your opinion, but I don't respect the way you expressed it. :)

Wow, Puma just took a sh*t all over those kits. I think they got a little too creative with the collars. Maybe they'll look better match-worn.
