Richard Hamilton's hair certainly says something about his entrepreneurial talents.

Believe it or not, the Detroit Pistons' guard was recently paid by Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. to braid his hair in the style of the tread pattern of the company's Assurance TripleTred tire.

Hamilton, who wears cornrows, unveiled the look in a home game against the New York Knicks.

"They approached me about doing it," Hamilton told Knight Ridder Newspapers, "but I didn't know if the girl who does my hair could do it in time. I showed the picture to her, and she said no problem."

Goodyear even threw in some free tires.

Martell Webster at #2 is a freakin joke. He'll probably be about the 10th best player out of this draft when all is said and done. And he CERTAINLY isn't going to be at Gerald Green's level.

well.... I think webster will do better THIS year than green... but in the long run green WILL bet the better player..

webster will get playing time over in portland while green will be on the bench for long stretches THIS YEAR...

Nice to see Green so highly ranked. I really think this guy will live up to his potential. But your right Carlos*y, he's not gonna get minutes this year. Heck, I've even heard of the possibility of him being send down to the D-League so he can continue to play throughout this year. Good plan I guess.
