I got a vote too...as I can see it right now, we might get the possibility to get voted on by managers from different countries in the second round, when there are only 10 people left and the comparision would help alot.

I've had no votes for Welsh job because I'd turn it down.
As it stands, there are Swedish players available for their national side without restrictions on the number of balls for skill levels, which can theoretically give them an advantage, in addition, there's absolutely nothing to stop Swedish managers raiding smaller nations transfer markets and preventing the better players from competing for their nation.
As a consequence, for me, it's an uneven playing field - as a smaller nation with 40 active managers, Wales would always be on a hiding to nothing anyway, but equally, we hardly need to suffer more disadvantages.
The larger, more profitable nations will prosper, everybody else just playing to make up the numbers. Wales would simply do nothing of note, due to our size. The newer nations will soon overtake us in manager numbers, and hence IMHO, it's not worth taking the job on given the inevitable abuse from 13 yr olds, "why are we so ****?".
Our GA should get the job, I'd be happy to assist him if required, but wouldn't want the poisoned chalice.
