To be honest, I think Mou playing first team at Europa League is tiring players for the league ... bad performance, Fellaini should never ever play ... I'm starting to doubt Ibra ... Mou needs to play Martial ... we are very flat without him ... upset about the result but this is what it is ... lets hope we can turn this around ...

Carrick was great against Fenerbahce. He should have played. Pogba was very effective with Carrick. I agree about Depay. Shame that Martial was bought in the same season and there are players like Rashford and Lingard ahead of him. Depay should play in cup games and show what he can do. He was great in Europe last season.

I would have liked to see this formation against Chelsea and Liverpool. Carrick is experienced in that kind of games and would have been crucial. Mata has been great against Liverpool in recent times. Mourinho's formation was strange.

I don't get it - it's not like his team has been so amazing they don't need an injection of pace/football intelligence. I really don't understand why clubs spend this kind of money on players never to give them a shot, Chelsea are guilty of it too.

Pfff don't get ahead of yourselves.. The guy's been injured and hasn't really had a proper chance to get into the squad. Knowing Mourinho he likes to stick with a certain group of players, but IMO Mkhitaryan might just be the missing piece of the puzzle.. Who knows.

Anyway too early to carry him off, but when he doesn't get a chance to prove himself then he might have been carried off by José already. Also who knows what goes on behind the scenes.

It is the media doing their usual stuff. It is the same people who were saying that Mata would get sold when he subbed him in and subbed him out in the same game.
Mourinho played with the midfield I suggested and it worked pretty well. Fellaini even when playing well nullifies Pogba. His style is just not compatible with Pogba. Carrick and Herrera have much better passing ranges allowing him to go forward more.
