1) you can use these kits to make the kits you like for personal use, for your pc.
2) you can use these kits to make any patch you like. credits welcome
3) you can use these kits to make your own kits and upload them in servers like filefront or rapidshare and give a link.
4) you can not use them to make other kits and post them as yours here or otherwhere.
