1) download KitDataEditor (search)
2) download Fifa 11 Textrures Editor and open it and then save in the known way the home and away kits in game folder.
3) open home and away .rx3 files and replace the existing material with the fies u like.
open KitDataEditor and search for 1750 home file. go to the button "shirt back number and press "save to the library", give a common name to save. then open again this time the 1750 away kit with KitDataEditor and put for it the shirt back number you have saved before!
4) open DBM 11 and go to teamkits and change the 1750 1 teamjerseygeometry to 5 (it was 7 by default)
