anyway, for the rio situation.... when is wes brown comin' back?! eh, 0i guess o'shea will have to play in central defense along w/ silvestre and fortune could play LB.. he's pretty good in that position.

all i want is a striker and a defender.. no more youngins, i want world class!! bring kezman and um, who'd be a good defender to bring to OT guys?

does anyone here share my opinion that pavel nedved would be a great transfer to man u? i believe we have everything except long range bombs that catch keepers off guard.. we have the aerial game.. (RUUD!!!!) we have the freekicks(GO RONNIE GO GIGGSY!!) we have the ground definition and rebound scoring (once again RUUD RUUD) but we dont have far range shooting!! dont clobber me alive i was just thinking this: when keane is out, god willing not too soon, nedved could replace!! keane is what, 31 now?

man, i'm gonna be real sad when keano retires... he's done so much for man utd and he's provided us with so many memories. ok, i'll stfu and just live in the moment.

as for nedved coming to man utd... i don't see that happening in a million years. hey, it'd be nice but i think he would rather play spanish football if he were to go somewhere other than the serie A.

dont kill me but most of scholes shots go wide.. I SAID MOST BEING THE KEY WORD.... almost every time scholes shoots they might as well put the close up right after of him frowning, rubbing his boot (ouch) and turning around.. because they are just caution shots as if rvn couldnt get away from his defender...

i know but its great to dream right? im going to transfer nedved just to see what he looks like in a RED DEVIL JERSEY!!!!!!:p :D :) :rockman:

About Nedved, he's 31 right? I think he's only got a couple of good seasons left in him. He hasn't played as well this season as he did last season. Maybe he's on the decline. He would be an immediate solution but Juve would want a crap load of money for him. I don't think Fergie would want to pay over 20-25 million for a 31 year old.

yeah, i don't think fergie's gonna go for any player who's already a well established player like nedved.. he's going for younger players and that explains the purchases of so many youngsters this season - cristiano ronaldo, bellion.. he's building the future for man utd and he's gettin' ready for when all the OG's retire.

rate this thread you guys, :p
nedved is just old, and when is fergie gonna get an ass. manager?
having miller come to man u is kinda great because i think he is also a striker  ,

scholesy's long-range shots is our greatest weapon, he scored from one long-range effort already this season and who could forget the screamer  against everton, who are our next opponents after spurs

man united forever

Senior Squad
I certainly hope he stays. I have a feeling that if Fergie doesn't manage to get a defender in the January transfer window he will use Keane as emergency backup for central defense, which would give Butt an opportunity to prove himself again. Either that or it'll be Eric Double-D's turn to make a first team appearance again.

UNITED have been tracking the new Ryan Giggs in Holland.

PSV Eindhoven's teenage left-winger Argen Robben has caught the eye of some of Europe's top clubs according to PSV chairman Harry Van Raaij.

Reds boss Sir Alex Ferguson has been keen to bolster United's younger element in the first team squad and brought in Cristiano Ronaldo, Kleberson and Eric Djemba Djemba during the summer.

But 19-year-old Robben has shot to the top of a number of Europe's elites wanted list and is now rated among the top three young prospects in Holland alongside Ajax's Rafael van der Vaert and Wesley Sneider.

PSV's top brass say there has been no bid from anyone but a club of G14 stature, the European force that includes United, has made early enquiries.

Forward strides

Robben was bought by PSV at the start of last season from Groningen but has made huge strides and coach Guus Hiddink promoted him swiftly to the first team and he has played in the Champions League this term.

The young winger has broken into Holland's national team this term and is expected to go to Euro 2004 next summer.

With Giggs just past his 30th birthday a future clone, who can also play behind a main striker, would be an attractive proposition to United next summer.

robben would be good, if we keep getting linked with players from PSV, i reckon united should create some sort of agreement we have with sporting, now we need a defender

Why?

It would suck if PSV can't benefit from it, I cant think of many ways of how PSV can benefit from it.
