yes but we cant afford to be behind 4 points already plus we play city on sunday away so we'll be lucky to get adraw there too, chelsea will prob beat liverpool so they'll then be 6 points ahead, far too big a gap for the end of the first week of the season

maybe we will, but i doubt it. and im not doom mongering im being realistic. the way things are i really cant see us gettting anything better thana drew against city.

You think Chelsea will beat Liiverpool?! Well, even if Chelsea looks impressive, Liverpool is very strong and there really is no favourite for that game. It can go either way.

It was weird, I was watching the game on TV, but missed it COMPLETELY. I even didnt see what happened and then RED card for Ron. I hope for you guys he doesnt get a 3 match ban :|

Very bad start, 2 draws, one of our most influential players getting a red card, the other broke his foot, luckily it's the start of the season, we are still expecting a lot of our players back, we create a lot of chances, it is just the sharpness infront of goal what we are missing, I don't think that it can get any worse, the City game will be a tough one, especially without Ronnie and Rooney, when will Saha or Ole be back?

hopefully Liverpool and us will beat Chelsea equal things out. Longer this thing goes on the better were going to get, with who will be coming back, like saha, ole, ron, rooney, park...

Yeah I don't think there is any cause for concern really. United are playing well, creating chaces. Only a matter of time until someone gets hammered.

Well, that's another 2 points given up to a team that didn't deserve them. I guess that's our punishment for not being ruthless enough. Reading and Pompey might have been our bogey teams in the past, but neither of them showed that they deserved anything out of us this in those games and yet they both got a point. It seems that we are playing the team off the park, controlling everything, but when it comes to scoring goals, our creativity seems to fall short. Very very similar story to the Reading and last season's West Ham game. Tevez had practically open net twice, Vidic missed open net, Nani missed a great chance. And its not like we aren't creating chances, our shooting is just sooooo bad right now.


Anyway, this is definietly a huge huge blow and these 4 points will be felt dearly down the road, once the season gets well-underway.


As for Ronaldo's sending off, from the replay, all you see is Davis push Ronaldo away from him and then Ronaldo return the favour by pushing Davis in exactly the same way. Result: Ronaldo red, Davis yellow. Go figure!

He didnt headbutt anyone, so i dont know how people are getting to that even Ferguson said it wasnt nothing big but Ronaldo shouldnt have reacted back (Pushing him).... Also anyone else notice how pissed Giggs was to be subbed off haha
