Do we really have the strongest squad ever? i dont think so. 4 defeats compared to arsenal's 1. We have a talented squad but i just dont know something is lacking. We lack cover in defense for sure. I know i am being pessimistic but as far as i am concerned...it will take something miraculous to knock arsenal off the top. I really hope we dont end up trophyless.

The player MUST redeem themselves against arsenal this saturday. They owe our fantastic supporters one. It will be tough bcuz arsenal are are in exceptional form.

blame it on the internationals, blame it without being with rooney, blame it on saha or on fergie's tactics, blaming our loss on something simply won't get us anywhere. keep faith with the team, they haven't let us down in the past how many years. We need everyone fit, and hopefully an unbeaten run. Alot of things can happen, especially with the league in such a tight spot now. the relegation battle and the battle for fourth will make some of the top 4 drop points. Im not giving up hope until the final game is played. neither should any of you.

Don't mind it, there are always a few people that will look at everything pessimistically. Nobody knows, maybe they just had a bad day or week in school or at work, so the result makes everything look even gloomier. And you are right, only a week and a half ago, we were first in the standings so anything can happen.

Yeah and the funny thing is nobody was complaining about the fact that we had only three strikers until we lost to City, SAF brought in Manucho as a striker but was unlucky that he didn't get a work permit, we were also unlucky that Rooney got a yellow card against the Spurs. We are doing just fine with our attacking players, we are scoring a lot of goals etc. I know our boys won't let us down, we have got something to prove against L'Arse this weekend and I am quite sure that we are up for it

How was it unlucky that Rooney chose to dive and got booked for it knowing that one more yellow would get him a suspension? Rooney made a wrong choice on that day and if affected us in the derby. I think everyone pretty much figured out that Tevez cannot play as a lone striker unlike Rooney.

WHAT A FIRST HALF!!! L'Arse are getting owned, let's keep it up in the second half! Wow Fletcher, Anderson, Carrick, Nani, Park, Evra and Rooney have all been fantastic!

Damn, that was great to watch.

If United's finishing was better, this would have ended up at 8 or 9 nil.

Could be critical of various United players who were dissapointing, but you need to just enjoy the moment, so I'll leave it there. :)

Nani's flip was sweet. Fabregas got manhandled and Anderson just like owned that pitch like it was his bitch.

Perfect response from the players!! Van der sar was pretty much a spectator. The whole team played well. It could have been 6 or 7 but rooney's finishing was a bit lacklustre. Apart from that he was fantastic. He gave Toure and Gallas a torrid time. Fletcher was incredible!! haha i love the way nani made Hoyte look silly.

Gallas should have been sent off for that knee on nani. Eboue showed everyone why hes a cheating dirty player.
