I will be very very surprised if we end up getting Richards......

All the players who are young and start to make a name for themselves are always linked with our club....I have stopped believing the media now.....

has he been linked to the club this year? Would be nice if we got 1 english/british player.

I'm struggling to think of a decent player that isn't already taken. The other one that springs to mind is barry... but we have no shortage of players in that position.

Yes, please take Fabiano off our hands!!

what made you say that? what up with him?

Fabiano might be a problem since he's partly owned by some company(similar to the Tevez situation).
But anyway, that source is from the Sun anyway so I wouldn't get your hopes up, yet.

haha, wishful thinking I guess. Would be nice to get at least one British player. I guess we got all those young guys on loan to potentially look forward too.

You know that wouldn't happen man, he would get murdered in the streets.
it's not like similar hasn't happened before - like Sol Campbell from Spurs to Arse.

Help?

Yeah but we are comparing Spurs fans to Manchester City fans here. Spurs fans focus on winning games, City fans focus on beating United.

Cristiano Ronaldo has hinted he will consider his Manchester United future after the Champions League final and would be tempted by a move to Real Madrid.

The Portuguese winger has become one of the hottest properties in world football after scoring 41 goals this season to help United retain their Premier League title and reach the Champions League showpiece.

Madrid have consistently voiced their interest in the 23-year-old and reports have suggested they would be prepared to part with around £100million.

Ahead of next Wednesday's meeting with Chelsea in Moscow, Ronaldo told Spanish TV network Antena 3: 'I am happy here but let's see what happens after the Champions League final.

'I am feeling calm here. I'm happy but in the future I don't know. I know Real Madrid like how I play and I know that other teams in Spain like my game as well, so that's good.

'It is good to know that other clubs are interested in you. I have said millions of times that I would love to play in Spain.'

Just nothing new, the media stir up Ronaldo liking Spanish football every year and make a story of it.
I'm surprised it's even the top story on Soccernet, really.

yeah, lets hope that Soccernet doesn't go the same route as the Goal.com.....
But he did say future, he didn't say that he would be leaving, the media as usual just made a meal out of his comments like what they're doing know with some of our players.

But it is suprising for Soccernet to post it as top story. Maybe someone went on piss last night? :D
