the reason we're playing so many long balls is because the pitch is so god damn awful you just don't know what's going to happen.

yes. players are visibly getting tired. perhaps a little too enthusiastic in the first half. We better score in the second. Burton did well in the first half.

defintely. That's why we didn't see much of Rossi.
whatever it is you'd still expect the players to be able to control the ball a bit better.

A lower division club will be more motivated to give a premiership club a difficult game and that's why we should take our time and let them do what they want to do, eventually they will get tired and we will finish them off and playing long balls is a must considering the pitch,
