Four reasons for lucky City's win.

One: Rooney off the pitch and for a stupid reason too according to me. I could go into detail on that but alas, if only I had the energy to discuss right now

Two: Berbatov and his misses. I'm quite sure that Ferguson wanted to get him started again but after such a terrible first half, he should've immidately been switched off for Hernandez when going into the second instead of waiting. I'd bet that it would've made the difference.

Three: Scholes and his careless challenge. You just cannot be so careless.

Four: Of course Carrick and his ridiculous misplaced pass. Must be put as a reason.

And Balotelli again in trouble. He's the black sheep in City. No triple this year for United then. Sad, I really wanted Ferguson to get another one. Maybe next year?

How many of us truly believed the treble talk? We aren't even favorites for the Champions League.

Its not even our best team since the last 3 years. Treble talk is just ridiculous and put unnecessary pressure on our players. I hate when we get into that type of hype.

I was hopeful of a domestic double though (EPL and FA Cup). I don't see us winning the UCL unless we get lucky. But it is still a possibility.

Consololation of the weekend is that we are 6 points clear after Arsenal and Pool drew. 1 step closer to the EPL title

Our finishing was way off today, could have won but didn take our chances.

Nothin to be panicking about. We are still in control and I dont know why most people think it is a bad result. Newcaslte away was always gonna be tough. Plus Arsenal have to go to spurs and im pretty sure spurs will be fired up for it.

Nani had a bad game. Couldnt make things happen like he usually does.

after current United and Arsenal draws, Chelsea are right back into the mix.

If they win they match, they are just 6 points behind and we have two tricky matches against Arsenal and Chelsea.

Arsenal can very well beat us at home and for the Chelsea game we will be coming off a tough CL semifinal games with 2 games more in 1.5 weeks than Chelsea, so losing to Chelsea at Old Trafford is not such a crazy thought either. If both happen then the EPL can very well be decided by a coin toss. Man if only we beat Newcastle and Everton on Saturday, the race would have been basically done and dusted before we even played Shalke.

With Ferdinand back and Vidic in the form of his life, I'm pretty confident that we can snatch a 0-0 draw against Chelsea or a win. Thats a home game and we are excellent at home this season. Only guy I'm worried about is Drogba. I hope Ancelotti decides to play Torres again lol.

The Arsenal game is away and I'm not too confident on this one TBH. Our away form has been so piss poor. Lets hope we draw at least.

That being said, we still have the upper edge on Arsenal right now. We have Arsenal and Chelsea to play but Arsenal on the other hand have Tottenham to play and us too. And we are at least 4 points clear now.
