hick at grocery store? Funny you should say that as those are exctly the type of people that write like you do.

It is clear and concise, not like what you wrote before.

I never said my view it was more important but obviously mine is more informed obviously.. eg- Tevez will struggle for time with Cruz,Bojinov and BELLAMY, lolol

I used to do that in grade 1 too " I know you are, but what am I?"

Show me where I said Tevez would have to compete with Bellamy for a starting spot. Bojinov too, actually.

Sucks about the Obertan injury, but that's just part of the sport.

At this point I would rather see a midfielder get injured than a defender, as we have had tons of defenders miss time in recent years and IMO we cannot afford to have an already thin defense further reduced by injury.

And why do I have a strange feeling that Manucho's going to excel in his new club and make us regret selling him?

He scored lots of goals with head and that's great. He's fast and plays like a wizard, I'm curious how he will play in EPL.

yeah lots of headers but he's only 175 apparenly :S

amazing, can't wait to see him here.

Obertan remind me Robben, they're both fast, play in a similar style, are injury prone and bold as well.

Just because he just got injured doesn't mean he's injury prone

Well the game didn't tell us that much. Typical preseason really, United were nowhere near their sharpest.

Rooney definately stayed more central, and Berbatov looked more menacing, playing further forward. On the left Nani looked well on the way to being at his best, some of his crosses were really good, and he took his goal well. On the other side Gibson looked like he was out of position and he struggled. Scholesy also looked rusty as did Anderson alongside him (that will come with more games) Thought Johnny Evans did okay, Rio was solid and Evra was fairly comfortable - John O'Shea did okay too.

Our new number 7 came off the bench and looked fairly sharp straight off, he did well for his goal. Ben Foster made a howler which caused Malaysia to equallize (following a great volley for their first over EVDS) and Owen's goal proved to be the winner.

Cameos also came from Zoren Tosic and Fabio, and they did okay - I think Tosic needs to beef up a bit because he was getting knocked off the ball too easily - also Kiko Macheda came on in the second half.

On a side note, our new kit looks superb in a match, the Goalkeepers' kit is turquoise, not sky blue.
