how bout my stats after 1st season with Farnborough Town:

Ability To Handle Pressure : 10
Ambition : 10
Loyalty : 20
Media Handling : 20
Professionalism : 20
Temperament : 20

My problem is how to raise the 'Ability to handle pressure' and 'Ambition' stats? Someone know?

edit: here I am, my stats aren't good, but my wages are higher then most of you and that's what it's all about

LOL 8 for proffesionalism. Steven Gray, how u managed to get 33 years old? mine defaults to 35! i think to improve ablility to handle pressure u gotta praise a few players when your team is playing badly. coz i criticised them weekly and my AtHP went from 15 or so to 7.

im not sure mate, mines been 12 for a while but im not sure how it ever increased. I suppose its like being brave with your decisions with the media. ... ?

Lol all my stats are less than 10. I'm not sure about this favoured personnel though. Mine aer Sinama-Pongolle, Kirkland and Kewell. My media handling shot down as i praised all of my first team at the same time.

My reputation is superb though
