Not possible yet.

I think the limit for manager-age is set at birthdate = 1st of February 1978 (so all on or before that). Why 1st of February? That's the limit day in 01/02.

i read in the cm4 booklet that iif u're younger than 35, its defults your age to 35. i'm 16 but i think it made me 34 or 35

When you start a new game it's defaulty set as 12.13.1975 which would make the manager 28.

I think it doesn't go lower than 1975. Like if you set it like 1986, it'll probably reconize it as 1966.
