i dont like this idea xD i dont like creating a player .. i only like making a team , anyways i wanted to ask if there's a limit for seasons in manager mode in fifa 11 and if there will be a limit in 2012 fifa ?

Okay guys , in an hour i'll give you my new formations for my barca , some new formations for making the young players play with the expert players in league matches thats not so important against low teams , so wait'm in few , @Ace i used your idea and i think i improved it so it can fit with having high defence but thanks for the idea originally 
,, i have now a really great time , average of age is at 23-24 // average of ovr is at 89 ! its average but i have messi now at 95 in the ST posetion and fabregas at 93 in CM , and Pique as 93 aswell at the CB posetion the lowest ovr i have in team atm is 83 with a new striker 20 years old

New formation > 4-3-3 (improved attack)
this one is a bit risky
the thing is you will change plan from RB-CB-CB-LB>RCM-CM-LCM(thats the place you change things)
so change it to : RWB-CB-CB-LWB>RCM-CDM-LCM
now the RWB and LWB must have attack on medium /defence on high
and CDM high defence and medium attack
the cdm will give freedom to the 2 CB's to beable to cover the the wings when the 2 wings go forward in case of counter attack , but tactics are the same as i posted them earlir , and attackers you can make them as any style you want , i'll keep using the original RW/LW/ST,2nd formation is goin to follow this

i set the 2 rcb/lcb to have a med attack and high def , you can adjust whatever else .. so thats all for now , these are my to formations , now ace ,what do u think about the new ones ? i used your idea with some little with what suits me , so try any of'm , i'd say you'll try the 3-5-2 cause i myself liked it xD , cdm is busqeuts and the 4 other midfielders are fabregas-xavi-iniesta-thiago , with a balaned def this is the best ! barca played this way against villa real and had 71 possession i guess in first match in spainish league only it was 3 in attack now just 2 , so guys try these formations and tell me what you think @ waldo try my improved 4-3-3 it'll be better

Ok, bro, first I tried your 3-5-2 formation (in exhibition not mm). It's good, but not my style. For CDM I have Song, as CB Vermaelen, so that defensive part is good, but not used to it.
As about 4-3-3 (improved attack), well, that's another story.
I did make RWB (Sagna) and LWB (Gibbs) attack - medium and defence - high,
and CDM (Song) defence - high and attack - medium.
Midfield stayed the same (Song, Fabregas, Ninis) and in attack RvP.
And I like that improved 4-3-3. First R-LWB are more active, in attack. Maybe I don't have best guys for RWB and LWB, but they do their job. I didn't see big changes in my midfield, but that's ok, cause that part was great. So definitely better than classic 4-3-3. And I tried it with my tactics and it's also great. It's good and smart to play with RWB and LWB, but now it might be nice to have Bale on LWB, right? Cause this position he played mostly, and is very good/fast for breaking the flank. Anyway, good formation, I will take it.

i'm having that too adil ! when i try to edit formations my game crashes ! but when i try to edit it during a match it works fine , idk what is that

i only use expansions patch 1.6 + fix 1.61 thats all no other things , anyway i rebooted my manager before last match and its working now ,, good thing i always keep a copy of my last manager mode in recent time

@adil: they are both the same o.O , i use the barca possession and its the perfect to make 1-2 passing as u'll always find the player to give the ball back
@Sahib:i use in RM jesus navas whose the best there and LM as david silva , so both of them are already replace so i dont use that formation alot , anyway thanks for the advice i know how good is sanchez at any posetion he's so the best and thiago he's my 2nd best at any posetion !

Ok, I finished my last season. And that's it, I will probably uninstall FIFA 11 this weekend, but will record my saves for future uses if it will be necessary. Guys, I just wan't to say that it was nice for me to share my experience in mm with you, and hope we will continue do that in FIFA 12. Matadaoor, I am counting on your formations, strategies and tips in FIFA 12, mate.
