Great game to watch, even for the neutral fan. This is the EPL at its best!

Smith was great in particular, dictating the pace of the game and both he and Scholes did well not givin Makalele and Lampard an aweful lot of space.

It just shows once again that 4-4-2 formation is what United are all about. No funny formations from that idiot Queiroz, just sticking what we know best and it worked just as it should.

I didn't expect us to win but it was well deserved and I just sincerely hope we can build on this and not revert back to a certain air of arrogance, even when we're playing lesser teams.

I didn't like Duff and Cole at all, why was Robben not even on the bench :|

Same with Crespo :| :|

Why was Essien taken off so early?

I question him in many ways today ...

Excellent team performance, the players stood up to be counted when it mattered the most. Van der Sar yet again making a great save from Lampard in the second half. Hopefully the team can build from this result.

wow, so much enthusiasm!

I thought man utd fans wouldn't be happy with like 5 shots and 30% of the ball possession in a home game, i guess i was wrong.

And Chelsea are the so called defensive side lol
