Haha, excellent. Unfortunately the next manager will have to do that, I can't use an in-game editor on a Mac.

Euro 2012, actually watching Breaking Bad and a short holiday led to some delays, but I'll try to finish the season this weekend.

Quick question: for those who live in the states, at what store can I buy Football Manager? Reading your guy's threads (skip, juventino) has made me want to play this game, BADLY. I love all this attention to detail, the game sounds really superb and I can tell you guys enjoy the roller coaster of managing in this game.

Amazon.com? Or directly from Steam?

I finished the Clausura regular season, and it was CLOSE. The team was in terrible shape both mentally and physically in the first half of the regular season, but things got better in the second half. When Jose Sand stopped scoring, it was Carlos*son Martinez who stepped up and won us some important points here and there which boosted morale. At least we stopped losing.

Our opponent in the Clausura Playoffs: Toluca. Both times I played them in the Apertura and the Clausura I lost pretty heavily: 3-1 and 4-1. To make matters worse Jose Sand is suspended for the first leg (although because of his Torres-esque form it might be a blessing in disguise).

The 2012 Clausura Playoffs

Starring:
Jose Sand

Carlos*son Martinez

Jose Maria Cardenas

Walter White

and his partner

Jesse Pinkman

Club Tijuana will enter the playoffs as massive underdogs. But this is a story of underdogs after all...

Quarter-Finals - TOLUCA:

First Leg

Second Leg

Semi-Finals - MONTERREY:

First Leg

Second Leg

B*tch.

Against all odds, 7th place Club Tijuana will fight for the Clausura Championship against:

Los Pollos Hermanos vs. La Maquina Celeste. It promises to be a thriller.

Both games will be broadcasted LIVE on Club Tijuana TV, sponsored by Los Pollos Hermanos.

Yeah, Steam. Next game will probably come out in October, so I imagine there will be sales this summer.

I don't wanna buy the game online, I prefer going to a store like Frys or Best Buy but I doubt they carry the game. I wanted to know if any of y'all actually bought it somewhere besides ordering it online, but if I can't find it, I'll just have to do it that way. Gracias for the feedback though.

Damn Juventino, you spanked Monterrey. (H)

The only player left from that Cruz Azul collage is Torrado, all those other foolios have been long gone. Good luck beating la maquina, bring that championship title home to Tijuana. (H)

2012 Clausura Final

Game One - The Lab

Line-ups:

Considering his great form of late, a huge blow:

Game Two - Estadio Azul

Line-ups:

My first championship in FM12, and it's a beauty. I can't believe what a turnaround this team made in such a short timeframe. Truly one of my favorite titles of all time and Carlos*son Martinez is an icon. He scored 15 goals in the Clausura, 5 of them in the Playoffs.

I will post the save game file and some closing thoughts later today.

Mr. Fring poses with our mascot in the hallways of The Lab:

Anyway, I have some good news and bad news.

The good news:

Thrilling award.

Two of our strikers in the top three topscorers in Mexico. Not bad. Not bad at all. The Martinez-Sand partnership blossomed at the right time. Champions, baby.

The bad news:

We'll have to come up with some sort of financial and transfer strategy to get Los Pollos financially safe and forward. Two veteran starters have big expiring contracts (Gandolfi and Augusto), so that's an important decision to make. Dayro Moreno will return from his loan in Colombia and he has a huge contract aswell. Considering our depth in attack, it may be a good idea to sell him or cash in on Sand *gulp*. There's also a lot of (very unhappy) dead wood on the team.

The sugar daddies have spoiled us and I'm afraid Gus Fring won't cut us any slack. I have saved the game on May 21st to give us plenty of time for the next season and to figure out this Gale figure...

Also, check the set-up of the game. If I selected too many leagues for your computer to handle, don't forget to adjust them for next season.

It's usually cheaper off Steam (they get a few mega sales), I never copped downloadable games previously but the deal for this one there was too good to pass up.

ON TOPIC - I take the next available spot?

Great stuff, Juve. Once I saw you made it to the final against Cruz Azul, I knew you'd win the championship. (H)

You can always try Gamestop or Best Buy, but it's so much easier to just get it online... and most likely cheaper.

That is one of the stupidest things I've heard in 2012. Dude, there is literally no downside. If you lose everything you own in an earthquake-tsunami, you just reinstall steam and get all your games back. Updates are automatic.

I just started reading your guy's threads recently, I'm a noob in these matters, I know.

You didn't have to regard my post as stupid, you stupid. (H)!!! :-(

Why did I have to tell ronnifan yesterday that I see every post in here? Now I can't ignore you Juve :(

No real interest. I haven't played FM at all in a month. Summer has annoyingly been my busiest time of the year and I've been spending my precious free time trying to beat back the Mongol Hordes in Medieval 2: Total War.

Oh, that's too bad. I don't think this game will enjoy a very long life span. :(

I may continue this as a single game, but I won't post updates in case someone wants to play.

Made a couple of jerseys again. Gus Fring struck a deal with Under Armour (Nike is too mainstream).

Not sure what 'taking over screens' means, but I'm lookin' for a good batch of meth indeed, Ilaje! It's going to be a challenge building the roster.
