Partially yes that's true, although there is thousands of people that complain about not having enough money to dress well at stores like AE, while they still have enough money to spend 10+ bucks a week on cigarettes. For half a grand a year, they could have bought themselves some very nice shoes, pair of jeans, shorts and two of different types of shirts/Carlos*ets/polo's etc. It's sad really watching those people kill themselves.

Actually, it came un-wrapped, with the tags still attached, so I doubt it was used, and also the infomation said it was "unworn" and besides I didn't want to spend like 160$ on a brand new track Carlos*et when I could get the same thing, unused, for 80$.

Ebay is quite possibly the worst place to buy clothes from. I swear most of the stuff is rip-off gear...tags mean squat.

Edit: I just noticed you posted a pic of the Carlos*et and although it may not be, it looks to me to be a fake. I say that because the croc logo doesn't appear to be central (as you would normally find with their Carlos*ets) and also because usually with Lacoste striped track Carlos*ets, the logo is placed above the stripe. If you can, compare it to one in a Lacoste store...hopefully, it's just the a bad picture of the Carlos*et.
