I wouldn't put it past Balotelli to have actually chosen 45 because he thinks he's as good as all of those classic roles combined.

Personally, I will never attach the sort of emotion to him the way I would have to a striker who I know wants to be at Liverpool.

This guy just wants to go to a place where he can get attention.

As long as he sells jerseys, I am happy. Again, we got him for 16m GBP - that's nothing. It should be easy to recover that, even if he scores 9 goals in the EPL next year.

One thing he does bring, though, is Champions League experience. That is Dick Vitale to us.

Even if he sells the same amount of shirts as every other player on your team it will not recoup your money. It will make your shirts sponsors happy though.

He was there for the whole game. Probably left early for half time to get something to eat or go to the WC, or even go to the locker room. You can see the other guys from Liverpool also getting up.

Quite honestly, man, Liverpool has one of the most apathetic defenses known to mankind.

You can barely call this a defense! We can't win 1-0. If that was how we wanted to play, then we would need to bring back Rafa Benitez - he will make your stomach crawl before trying to score a goal.
