The credits get a little confusing here so pay attention lol.
- The home kit is by August because Makispla's Home is down.
- The away kit is by Makispla.

I was very pleased to see how much talent these rosters had on them so far down in africa. these are teams that could legitimately give Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, Tunisia, Egypt, the Ivory Coast, a very hard fought game.
Hell, a good counter attack and a decent shot from on of their strikers and you're looking at Africa's version of Senegal 1-0 France 2002.
Enjoy these teams guys and let me know if you have any issues with them.

The other thing to remember is... I have absolutely no problem with people taking my patches... adding Walrus's Venezuela or Guadeloupe... putting them all together and releasing a patch with a new tourney and logo and such.

Yes these patches modify all national team ability levels. I'll see about getting you a patch that will fix the issue but honestly I think EA's attributes are rediculously narrowminded. 90% of the players in the game are between an 65 and an 85... their gameplay indicates that excellent players are 95+ and there are virtually none in the game. They've done everything they can to ensure that all players on the pitch have the same skill level from Arsenal down to Real Salt Lake. I simply am taking advantage of the entire scale

It's tough to find good face textures for india and sri lanka... both teams are kinda south east asian with some african mixed in. Maybe down the road we can get some textures that actually look indian.
I'm not incredibly happy with this roster personally but I don't think it's terrible either. My issue is that it appears India has many of their starters in the second division of their domestic league, when there are hordes of available players in their 1st division. Whatever we'll sort it out when we do roster updates.

I've got a very detailed layout of when these teams are going to be released... I don't want to release all my conmebol teams, or all my uefa teams. i'm spreading them out. these has been posted previously and i'm doing it this way so that just about every patch has teams from every confederation, so that every patch benifits people from all over the world.
The last national team pack introduced Hong Kong which was much loved by TCYmatthews, Had a Uefa team (Albania), Released a strong Peru squad which many users have downloaded... but it also had the nicaragua in it which is a team that competes in CONCACAF and that Jsathe and I can draw relevance to. as well as 5 teams from Africa and 2 from the OFC for the odd user or fan of those regions.
I'll post my release schedule tonight so you guys know what to expect but it won't be changing. I want to touch on all parts of the globe until I've finished a region entirely. CONCACAF OFC and CONMEBOL will be the first to finish... AFC next... then UEFA and CAF.

After the ninth patch is complete a few different things will happen.
One is we'll begin to modify these rosters. Tweek them and get them very realistic. For larger teams we'll ask the fans who their 23 man team is. Identify the consistancies and do our best with the disputs and come up with a strong and believable 23.
For smaller teams we'll research the hell out of each and every player. Find out how many caps they have to determine the most likely starters. Look at their club team to determine a realistic attribute. Try to sort out any youth players who are uncapped and so easily overlooked.
At this point I'de also like creating Youth and Historic Teams. We'd make the teams that Participated in the 1930 World Cup and release a Uruguay '30 World Cup patch. When we move to 1934 we can use the attributes from '30 as a base for a new set of '34 attributes to show player growth and development as well as the slow decent towards retirement for many players.
Youth Teams would include U17 U20 and U23 Olympic.
It should be exciting... There is no end to the amount of work we can put into national teams. there is so much history and it would take as many months to create the '02 World Cup teams as it would for all of our current teams. I can't wait.

That means, with the release of Vietnam I can feel quite comfortable in saying that this is now that largest collection of national teams available since the '98 Road to the World Cup Game.
This in my oppinion is a great achievment and I am proud to have the chance to release these teams with the excellent work done by our kit makers who have often added mini's and flags and many other graphic elementals that work towards creating the atmosphere of an international match.
Now we can push towards being the largest collection of international teams ever released and hopefully work on the quality of the rosters to make them the best they could possibly be.
