High Noon (1952)
Gary Cooper has played one of the coolest characters in one of the coolest westerns ever (Y)
Marshall Will Kane makes ANY Wayne's character look lame IMO.

I Am Legend. started off really, REALLY well, I was in absolute awe of what was transpiring... then the "creatures" were unveiled and it got pretty bad after that. the ending was a bit disappointing as well, way too straightforward and simple for my liking.

Click - Nothing like I thought it was gonna be. I liked it. Swear to god I cried in "raining" scence right at the very end...

Beawulf - (is that how its spelled?). 6/10. Ending was stupid.

Poseidon - Deserves a -100/100

I just watched "The Client" at TV, decent movie. (H)@the kid, oh and Tommy Lee Jones(H).

Also watched "The Heartbreak Kid", silly movie, but you will definitely laugh a lot at Ben Stiller. 8/10

No Country For Old Men

Really unorthodox movie, but it was really good. My friends hated it, but I think they expected some old and tired cliche ending. Great movie. (Y)

Well, I guess if the role was written for Madsen then the character's name would be Vic Vega as well :crazyboy: Still, as Alex said, Travolta did a perfect job and the role is only associated with him. Besides, it's like Madsen got his chance in Reservoir Dogs and in Pulp Fiction someone else was given a chance (for Travolta it was more like a comeback though) :crazyboy:

plus QT supposedly has a story somewhere in his head for a movie called The Vega Brothers that has been in the works forever. it was always supposed to be 2 different people.

No, I see where youse guys are coming from, but what I'm trying to say is that they're pretty much the same character, whether Tarantino/Avary meant for them to be separate, or whether Vincent is just an extention, a continuation of Vic, I'm not really sure.

The Prestige: Fantastic film with a really cool twist. Christian Bale (playing a Frank Lampard double) and Hugh Carlos*man are excellent but Michael Caine steals this.

Speaking of Hugh Carlos*man, I also finally watched Xmen III the last stand - Very enjoyable movie, but after Transformers the effects weren't just quite as impressive.

^^ How about Bowie, bro? I thought his performance was so whimsical, beautiful and creepy too.

oh yeah, one more thing. Did Scarlett have a sex scene in that flick? My memory is failing me when it comes to her role/scenes.....she was wasted in that movie, right?
