How crap, it's supposed to be black & white.
Exactly, it's a deliberate tribute to one of QT's favourite martial arts movie and the drift into black and white is totally essential. Every part of that movie is perfectly planned and balanced and to alter it would be sacrilige. Englarging the penis on Michaelangelo's David may make it more aestheticly pleasing, it it would not make it a more valuable or worthwhile piece of art.

Does suck how there hasnt been any sort of special edition release of the movies yet, atleast there hasnt in England. It seems to be a real missed oppertunity as Tarantino SE's always go down well, and a proper double pack would be great, not just the two standard DVDs bunged together in a cardboard sleeve.

It might be, but I'd still like to look at it in colour.

Haha, LAME.

There's even a specific point behind the black & white sequence: It represents the length of time in which Uma fights without blinking once.

KB is brilliantly shot and very artistic in my eyes, to say that you'd like to see a certain scene in a different (not to mention standard) colour scheme, is like saying you'd like to hear a heavy metal song with more poppy hooks and Britney Spears backing vocals = it totally ruins the point.

Piss off, Dragan! I'm not saying the scene in colour is better or something... I have not even seen it yet! I've seen the original a lot of times and now I just wanna see it in colour. Will you let me?

Blood Diamond, too hollywoodish at times (Edward Zwick isn't really known for being an innovator) but still a very good movie.

Di Caprio is really turning into an amazing actor.

at the end of 2006 QT was supposed Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair ready to be released for a week and then go to DVD but I guessed he got too busy with Grindhouse and couldnt do it :(

Oh well, I'd take Grindhouse over a special edition KB any day. Disappointed that that Mickey Rourke dropped out of Death Proof though, not a big Kurt Russell fan.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Pretty good, actually, better than I expected. 7/10

Also have watched The Hills Have Eyes. Very good (Y) Reminded me of The Devil's Rejects somehow.

ManU2000

Fan Favourite
Saw Children of Men on Saturday and thought it was very good although just about everyone in the theater seemed to have a problem with how the movie ended.

You're wrong about that though, diabolical movie. Did it scare you once? No. 'nuff said.

It didn't, but it still was ok. Especially taking into account the lack of horror movies nowadays.
