I wonder what the use of the "ball_mdl.bin" in the 0_text.afs is. Should i make that slot bigger in order to fit in the "larger" mdl bin? (69kb) I dont think so because kitserver uses the tex and mdl and do everything "externally". so anyone got the solution? anyone got the same problem too?

PS. i have tried Kitserver 4.3.1, the same result. Whenever i use the ball with the special mdl (the Aerow balls), the game crashes. Is there anything do with the "read only" things on the files and folders?

but i've been successful in using AEROWs, for 4.3.1

i think the aerow model is somewhat "unstable", for the lack of a better word. Not sure exactly where the problem lies, but it definitely is related to that mdl file.

My home PC with Windows 2K runs the game fine - aerow model works no problem. Doesn't matter if it's in AFS file, or used as external file by KitServer - it always works fine. However, on my laptop with Windows XP, the aerow model always causes a crash. I tried to put it into AFS, or use original AFS and use aerow model with Kitserver - the result is the same: it always crashes at the same point: when the ball model is being loaded by the game.

Some people have reported that using 3D-analyzer helps. I think there was a thread somewhere here about it... So that's a thing to try. For me - it doesn't work. On my laptop PC, even when the game runs with 3D-analyzer, it always crashes. (I didn't try many different options that 3D-analyzer provides, so maybe by studying this program we can figure out a way to avoid the crash)

Hi juce ;first i would like to say your tool is excellent my friend; second i dont know if this has been asked before or if its even posible; but do you think maybe its posible in the future to make a "face server"; cause the main problem we all have with faces is that if we want to import a new face ; the only choice we have is to import it over an existing one and so we have to choose to sacrifice the one or the other and that sucks; but with your tool this will not be a problem never again in my opinion; we could only add new folders with new face .bin files and use hotkeys to selelect the extra faces just like we do with kits or balls; so what you think; is it posible or not?; i know people will agree on this one with me.

Face server is quite hard, because you'd have to do it for each player. It is really hard but i know where you're going with this.

A boot server sounds possible, also RefKit and Adboard servers sounds easy too doesn't it?

yeah i thought of a boot server too ; but i think a face server would be greater althought we still dont know what juce's opinion is.

yea, Face server woulld be definitly useful but how you go about integrating that into a game , i have no idea. I could thing of it tho, later but it's late here.

All i know is that you can't change anything in the game, it must be done before the game starts like in Formations Menu or something.

well i think the answer lies ; on how Juce integrated unlimited balls into game; tha same with kits; if someone could decrypt that kind of stuff it i would certainly think juce could.
if you ask your self; none never thought back in the times with pes3 that a tool like kitserver could be posible; nonetholess a ball server. ;)

yea, this program is a blessing.

However, i was in no way questioning Juce's ability to do so but rather questioning how he could integrate choosing faces. You know with ball and kits, it's in the Menu and in that editing but how you do it for faces stumps me.

I'm sure Juce can pull of programming it.

Is this KitServer working if you using Wolfs latest patch ? I thought i raid somewhere that Wolf patch didn't use the KistServer for the uniforms.
Does anyone know something about this ?

Ok,after many try to install the new version of kit server with server ball,the fifa mdl fine don't crash the game but the ball don't appear in game,but in read me there is 3 soloutions to install the nex ball,so on my laptop the good one is to create a new folder for each ball with bmp and fifa mdl,and now everything work fine for me,

After selecting the "extra" ball in kitserver 4.3.1, my game closed itself before game start:kader: :(

I m also using Windows XP...is it the main cause?
Thats disappointing that the mdl doesnt work properly because then i will miss tons of new balls. :(

Does anyone use that mdl fine with Windows XP?

the mdl file does work well on my PC with WIN XP PRO
i've had some great games with them!
