thanks zefilio, but i fear you're the only one who's really interested, this thread is abandoned for two days, and no other kitmaker joined this, which is necessary to make this a useful thread.
and then this thing with sundsvall... I'm surprised you erased all four kits because some parts reminded you of yours. i made those kits, and i won't make them as long as they don't remind you of yours. all i did was using the position of the stripes, sorry if i was too lazy to try and error them until they fit. i thought everyone was doing that. strange to think about all those kitmakers here measuring the adidas stripes out for themselves, as if it was "plagiating" to use someone's stripe positions.
whatever... i didn't release my kits for myself, i have them anyway.
by the way, i have akits thread, on page 2 now, maybe you recognize some of your kits there, too. Enjoy!

Dude, back in the day we used to make our own lines, going back in-game out-game to see if the lines correct. Man, that was some hard work, but that's the art of being a god kitmaker IMO.

Back then I had an idea just like yours, makin' a thread with my designs with basic stripes and all that to help new kitmakers, but then again I found out a much simpler idea if you don't wanna hassle making the proper lines and design :
1. Export any FIFA original kits which resembles the most with the kit you wanna make.
2. Make the design based on that ( in a sense that make the design better and smoother and much detailed than the original FIFA kit ).
And that's it...

Oh yeah, BTW I used to make kits for FIFA but for the last couple of years I went into exile. I have a bussiness and that's my main concern for now.

BTW, anybody from the "old crowd" who still hangs around here ? I miss y'all...

oh, nice to see you hans! long time ago huh, i think i started with the kitmaking when you stopped, or something like that...and you're totally right about what you're saying! nowadays the respect is kinda lost for the kitmakers and their OWN designs...well well

i just think you don't HAVE to see a "form of art" in kitmaking, for some it's just a way to... to make kits, you know? if i want every national team in the game, i'm looking for the fastest way to get them.

but i said it before: i know the rules here and i never released something here that was "stolen", i just used a few positions because i'm not here to show my artistic skills by proving that i can make lines match.

you cant say that you just used my design as a template for your lines man, because you took more than some adidas lines, you took other shapes from my design too.

Yeah, you were a newbie that time, and I was in my final university semester and I was so busy making my final thesis, glad to see you finally modding here

Anyway, ain't we have a tutorial sticky thread in the old FIFA kits forum ? Why was that tutorial thread did not got moved here ? It was a good resourceful thread, and yeah I contributed a bit too there
