lol you lame bastardis... so sad that you're so proud of yourselves and think you actually deserve this. Pathetic. One thing I learned in my life and that is karma is a bitch, and when it hits you guys again (and again and again and again like your last pathetic 20 years) trust me to be the one spitting on your grave. Sh*t even the media around the world is laughing at how lame inter are, winning a scudetto on paper after a crooked trial, and not on the pitch. P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C.

Take note, Karma is a bitch.

You fix matches and Karma gets you, how? Well you go to serie b and have your title given to your rival... Oh wait thats not Karma. Thats cheating and getting caught.

We didn't with this Scudetto on paper btw, we won it by being the best FAIR team in serie A. If Roma was ahead of us, they would have won it. Call me crazy, but I think Karma has already bit inter in the ass. We play fair and we get rewards.

Mmm I love Karma!

orite guys lets just be logical for a moment. in may juve defeated milan by only 3 pts for the scudetto. after being in front by 10 pts. now if juve were so match fixed how come the scudetto race went to the last day?? instead they got more draws then i have in my house.

that aside, if milan had finished top what would have happend? just imagine inter milan stripping the scudetto off mlan. now that wouldve been news to love. instead when its everybody pick on juve, its everybody pick on juve forever.

You can tell any other fan except Interisti who really won and deserved last years scudetto and they'll say Juve. It was just the stupid decision that to bring us down to serie B next season they have to take out points in the LEGIT championship of 05-06.
They could of just said we disqualify Juve for the 04-05 season and drop them to serie B.

I'll say it again, it all started with Juve in C, the rest in B. Now it's everybody in A except Juve. You think the other 3 get a decent punishement for what they did? nah!

So because this whole process was a joke, we want to join the party and appeal this farce of a decision and get back in A with let's say -20pts. Sure, the whole world will say we bought the judges and all....MY A*S. The laws are in place to make these appeals, like it or not. Sure it sounds stupid because everybody will be in A like nothing happened. I said it from the beggining, they ALL pay or they don't.

The thing is they should make a law that say the 1st verdict is the one that counts. Now everybody would of got severe sanctions. That's not the case because the ITALIAN justice system is crap.

So if we get what we want and get our serie A back, don't come here and say that Juve bought the judges and all that sh*t. Say that the whole system is a bunch of horse sh*t.

I agree, either everyone gets punished or no one does, but the thing is, you seem to be more involved than any other team, so it's logical you get punished the most. First you expected C1, but you wanted B. See, if you were in B along with lazio and Fiorentina, that would make their felonies pretty much equal to yours. But you wanted B so you got it, but after the appeal everyone ended up in A but Juventus - because Moggi was the star of the show!
It's funny how Juventus fans seem to think that other clubs deserve a similar punishment, when in fact they don't.
I disagree with the unjust scudetto taking, but that's the Italian judicial system.
And it's really not fair from you guys to label your recent transfers as punishment because it wasn't.. You sold them, not anyone else. It comes down to player loyalty and your own finances, because no one forced you to sell.

You cheated the most, you deserve Serie C1, but you're Juventus (and always will be) so you got Serie B. Considering your club was the mastermind of the affair, it's not right to expect an equal sentence for the other three. You got harsher sentences because you deserved them. End of story.

But it's ironic. Suspicious calls were always in your favour... and now, when it counts the most, you're on the opposite side of it.

And you still complain.

P.S. This is not a post from a Juve hater, but rather from someone who liked and respected this club.

similar punishement, I'm saying that the 1st verdict should count on every sentences(not only football). I want justice for everybody. You think that the other 2 teams were severely punished? We could still start the serie A with more points deducted than the other 3 if Moggi did more "damage". If you really look at the reasons they gave to punish all 4 you don't see a lot of difference to have 3 in one division and the other in another one. Whatever I say won't count to you guys but I read the transcripts and listened to the audio of the defense and accusations. This process should have been done properly. Because the Italian justice system can permit you to appeal 4-5 times we'll try to use it at our advantage.

So lame, such a loser team. we beat your as* twice or even 3 times (some maratti cup or some other pre season game).
btw now i'm really worried, you won a scudetto by default on paper. that's lame, and to be proud of it is sad. Fact is you didn't win a scudetto using FOOTBALL for 20 years, and you won't win one until the year 3000 probably. We are, and we will always be THE BEST ITALIAN TEAM.
If the appeals won't bring us back to A, this will be the first time in my entire life I will cheer for Milan, and i hope they seriously whoop you next year.

Sorry for boosting, but WHAT A LEGEND
taken from the official Juventus website:

Nedved: “I owe it to the club to stay”

“I never had any intention of leaving, both my family and I are very happy in Turin. The Agnelli family has always been very good to me and I owe it to them, and the club, to stay. It’s my duty to help Juventus get back to the top”. If things remain as they are, the Czech midfielder is well aware of the different challenge Serie B might pose: “I began my career in the Czech equivalent of Serie B when I was 17. We won promotion that year, hopefully we can do the same this season. The technical level of Serie B is certainly not as high as Serie A, but football is still football and with a 17 point penalty it won’t be easy. It depends on us, how we approach things. I can’t speak for the others but my style of play will always be the same”.

The bianconeri legend then turned his attention to the outcome of the sentence: “I’m still hoping our situation will improve, but that’s to do with the club not me. For my part, I’m very angry about the decision. As players we gave our all on the pitch, unaware of what might have been going on elsewhere. We never needed any leg-ups from anyone, in fact I don’t think there ever were any. We always played our best, beating the best sides; we deserved those titles on the pitch. It’s not fair the players, and the fans, should pay”. Pavel then spoke about the prospect of never playing Europe in again: “I’ve written that off. Serie B is my Champions League now. If we achieve promotion with a 17 point penalty, it will taste just as sweet”.

After the verdict of the sporting tribunal, the Juve ace revealed he wouldn’t dream of hanging up his boots now: “It wouldn’t be right to leave Juventus in their time of need, I still have a part to play in the future of this club. I don’t feel like a hero, I’ve made a life choice”. And on the decisions of Del Piero and Buffon to stay? “They have set a great example. The more champions we have, the easier it will be to play”. The veteran left-winger ended the conference discussing his role within the squad: “As the eldest player here I have a responsibility to help out the younger members of the squad, to pass on some of my experience to the stars of the future. Juve belongs at the top, it’s my job to help out where I can”.

I'm just saying, Moggi is the most responsible, and therefore so is Juventus. That's why I see some logic in three clubs in A and Juve in B. But I guess it's understandable that you guys can't accept it.

As far as the appeals go, it's ridiculous. Basically, you can appeal and appeal and appeal until you get what you want. It takes away the point of the trial.

Chuckle. Now that's pretty absurd. Anywayz a team HAD to be granted the title of "champs" for 05/06 for teams to participate in Euro. Check out UEFA guidelines and such. So since Inter were the team with the most points behind Juve and Milan, of course it was to be given to us. Stop whining (all anti-Inter people in general.) :boohoo:

Yeah then you should maybe stop recruiting anti-Inter people by being an arrogant asshole.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Udinese's highly-rated stopper Dias Felipe is a confirmed transfer target for demoted Italian giants Juventus – and he’s not the only Brazilian who may join the club.

Juve’s interest in the defender has been revealed by sporting director Alessio Secco, who is working towards building a new side for Coach Didier Deschamps.

“Felipe? Yes, we are interested and we like him,” said Secco at the Quark Hotel in Milan where the summer transfer market is housed.

The 22-year-old Brazilian is understood to be keen on a move and would be willing to play in Serie B.

Felipe is not the only target for Juve’s future defence though, one in need replacements for the departed Lilian Thuram, Fabio Cannavaro and Gianluca Zambrotta.

Monaco stopper Gael Givet and Newcastle No 6 Jean-Alain Boumsong are reportedly also on Dechamps’ wish list.

Meanwhile, Felipe could be joined at the Bianconeri club by countryman Luis Ricardinho during the new campaign.

The 30-year-old midfielder presently plays for Corinthians and was part of the 2006 World Cup Seleçao.

Ricardinho’s agent was in Italy this week and was contacted by several teams. The player has an EU passport which may facilitate his transfer to the peninsula.

The midfielder’s current salary is £1m and Corinthians have set a £2.4m termination clause, a price Juventus would be available to discuss.

-------------------------

Man, Felipe would be sweeeeeett :rockman: Him and Givet in the centre would be rocksolid for years to come. Or do we bring 1 of them? Seeing as Kovac might stay... who is also not a bad option of course.
