Juventus have confirmed that they would be willing to listen to offers for David Trezeguet this summer.

The France international has endured a difficult 2008/09 campaign at Stadio Olimpico and may be allowed to move on as a result.

He has seen his season disrupted by injury, but struggled to hold down a regular role in the side when fully fit.

That has led to mounting speculation that he could be set to move on once the transfer window reopens across Europe.

Juve president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli has done nothing to suppress those rumours, admitting the experienced striker could be sold in the forthcoming weeks.

"David Trezeguet is a big player, but we will see if there is the possibility to get a good deal for him and a good deal for us," he said.

Trezeguet joined Juventus from Monaco in 2000 and has scored over 150 goals for the club in almost 300 appearances.

despite his injury problems, I don't want him to leave. he's too much of a legend for us, though from an objective pov if we get 10mil for him then we can get someone young and with potential.

Face it, Trez was a goner the moment he openly lambasted Ruinieri in the press.

He also has a history of entertaining the idea of leaving. Back in '04 Capello had to convince him to stay and in '07 he openly stuck it to Cobolli Gigli on the field. Of course he's a legend, but this might be the time to move on.

ye, Trezeguet leaving Juve has been an on-again/off-again story ... Barcelona were interested while Frankie was in charge of the team back in 2003 and again in 2004 ... Eto'o was bought instead, and the rest is history ... but I won't be surprised if Barcelona politely make their interest known once again for Trezeguet, if Juve are open to offers ...

The press is linking us with Laurent Blanc to take over as head coach, amongst the other favorites like Conte and even Ferrara. I don't know what to make of it. His Bordeaux side are very good and might take home the title this weekend, so he is obviously a talented coach but Serie A is on another level than Ligue 1. We'll see.

Last time we'll see Nedved in a Juventus jersey tomorrow. :( We could write a book about how great he is and why he is a true Juventus legend. Tomorrow the last sentences of the last chapter will be written.

Back in 2006 I sent him a letter thanking him for sticking with Juve (youth sentiment :D) and he was kind enough to send one back with a signed photograph. I think it characterizes his love for Juventus and its fans.

LEGEND! Thank you, Pavel.

Sad to see Nedved leave, definitely a true Juventus legend. We'd have one more CL title if Nedved hadn't been given that cheap yellow in the semis in '03. I hope he sticks around as part of the backroom staff after he retires.

Ciao, Pavel!

d'agostino? better than poulsen, tiago and zanetti

but marchisio and sissoko are better than him imo.
we also have ekdal, iago and rossi in the midfeild, although iago and rossi are more wide players

that would give us as midfeild players:
diego
giovinco
camoranesi
sissoko
marchisio
marchionni
tiago
zanetti
poulsen
ekdal
iago
rossi
+d'agostino?
we should be focusing on a right back and getting back criscito from genoa
