of course, neither of them had intent of injuring anybody........as far as we know of course????

Kakà could of jumped over Gigi instead of leaving his leg there.

you guys are being completely ridiculous,go play soccer, take the ball on a breakaway and run full speed to the goal, if the keeper comes out and challenges you, are u really gonna jump? no, your gonna try to side step or toe poke the ball far enough so that the keeper trips u and u get a penalty. kaka probably tried one of the two,and if buffon wasn't injured everyone would be quiet, but since it's a serious injury u guys are thinking it's intentional :|

how come there's no comments on foul happy vieira? oh right, he's a juve player, you guys are gonna defend him

just shut it Santino, when you play a friendly you don't challenge the ball like Kakà did. Vieira Vieira Vieira, what about Materazzi, Maldini.....we all know how Vieira plays

and why not? there really wasn't a problem with what he did, but becuase it seriously injured buffon u guys are crying bloody murder, it was an accident, these things happen.

there it is, lol....u just proved my point, your defending vieira,i guess its ok tho, he didn't injure anybody so get off his back right?

and maldini, when has maldini ever done anything wrong, lol. he's one of the most classiest defenders youll ever see play, but he injured nedved, bloody murder  . he intentionally fouled him yes, he didnt mean to injure him tho, he just knew he had to foul him from stopping him go anywhere, like vieira does.

why are you quoting me? of all people i was the one juve fan defending kaka!
"as far as we know of course????" was just a joke!

ah Santino, 1st Gigi should of been more carefull and 2ng Kakà should of slowed down or jumped over him. It's a stupid friendly game dude. These games are meant to get the team in form for the season, not win at all costs some stupid trophy.

Vieira is Viera, doesn't mean what he does his right. I'm saying you should know by know how he plays. I let the others decide what they want to say about our players action.

Maldini hates Nedved and we all know it. That wasen't the only dirty foul he did on Pavel. Last year was the same when he tried to kick him. He's just jealous that Pavel won the Golden Ball and he didn't. lol

no he's not :fool:

well at least u acknowledge the fact that buffon shoulda been more careful, and there was no intent to injury.some of you guys are claiming its the crime of the century

dude, nobody is overreacting as much as you. i know just as well as you that there wasn't any intent to injure bufon. you understood my post 100%, but failed to interpret the sarcasm in it. buffon couldn't have dislocated his shoulder on his own, so we have to blame somebody for this huge injury blow, and seeing as how kaka so conveniently stepped on buffon's shoulder we decided to blame him.

accidents can be avoided through caution, and accident or not it is still kaka's fault that we will be without buffon for 2 months.

it's 50/50, buffon didn't need to challenege like he need and kaka could have moved, neither one did and someone got hurt.

Good (Y) Hopefully it can be completely rehabilitated so WC wont be affected.

Im sure Juve will get a more than capable backup now. Italy has massive depth in quality keepers, but out of them all you really cant get better than Pagliuca. He's been outstanding at Bologna, would cost peanuts and would know his place when Buffon comes back. Peruzzi would also be a good pick, but hes been injury prone lately as well.

hey mark, that Chiellini X Carini trade doesnt seem so far fetched now does it ;)

mark77

we're not that desperate, Pagliuca is a free agent so if HE wants to play for Juve we should get him.

I mean, who's left... Cechmanek, Dafoe, Joseph.... lol

Cechmanek would crumble in CL matches, Dafoe is past it and Cujo would have massive contract demands.

Id make a move for Theodore or Marty Turco, both quality (Y)

Fixtures: Juve handed Chievo opener
Tuesday 16 August, 2005
Italian champions Juventus will open their title defence against Chievo as the new season fixtures were compiled.

The fixture list was finally drawn up this evening, just hours after Treviso and Ascoli’s ‘promotion’ to Serie A was confirmed.

They were inserted in the top-flight after the demotion of Genoa to Serie C for match-fixing and Torino’s financial collapse and subsequent fall to Serie B.

Ascoli face a mammoth opening day task as they will entertain Milan, while Inter host fellow new boys Treviso.

The opening day will also see Fiorentina meet Sampdoria, while Parma will welcome Palermo.

The new campaign will kick off on Saturday 27 August with two games, with the rest taking place 24 hours later.

Week 1
Ascoli-Milan
Fiorentina-Sampdoria
Inter-Treviso
Juventus-Chievo
Lazio-Messina
Livorno-Lecce
Parma-Palermo
Reggina-Roma
Siena-Cagliari
Udinese-Empoli

Full fixture list to follow…

At least I hope we'll have easy matches, that's the only way we can dodge a disaster. Sh!t happens, and this proves it.

ouch, sucks for Buffon and Juve... but the fact that you morons blame Kaka for the injury is bull**** :| if it was just a friendly, why did Buffon feel the need to rush out and jump at the ball? should've just let Kaka have the breakaway. Kaka's a young guy, so he wants the goal and all the glory he can get, he's not gonna stop to think while chasing the breakaway

as for Maldini - ******* legend
