What can you do about it really? It's not like they cancelled because they didn't feel like going. Anyways, the Inter management has been talking and they are trying to find a solution.
I'd like to add the words of Adriano10 from XT forums, I think he says this brilliantly:
"As I said, I can understand the Londoners' reaction to this.
Since City London is at a time of Hightened Alertness. It would be inconsiderate of Inter to further burden the local public services. Naturally, more security are needed when a football team arrives.
People may be asking if such an event of preseason friendly is indeed necessary for security institutions to spend time on them, while the city is in mourning as well as in anger. Focus to target the attackers would be only Priority.
While Inter will not be in a position to REFUSE security. The hinderance will not be necessary. Inter will have to take care of Inter.
I fully support the cancellation.
May the Londoners succeed in their efforts to eradicate and arrest the culprits."
In the mean time, Inter wins again.

BOLZANO - Inter beat Bordeaux 2-1 in Saturday's friendly match at the Stadio Druso in Bolzano. Julio Cruz opened the scoring in the 26th minute with a superb overhead kick, then Obafemi Martins doubled early in the second half with a brilliant individual effort before Smicer reduced the deficit. David Pizarro was voted man of the match.
