How to select fixtures and not them being randomly selected

Good morning, I Just wanted to know if there is a way of modding the way teams are selected in a cup, tournament or league on FIFA 23 (not career Mode)
I want to make a tournament in which teams are divided in a group stage of 3 teams each.
I found Papa John's Trophy is the only tournament on the game with group stage of 3 teams per group.
The main issue is the groups are randomly selected, and I need to select the teams of each group.
I read on this website and I see that the closest option is modifying compdata, but what I understood is it only affects career mode
I tried to find other options, but when I search on this website it says there is a server error
Please does anyone knows a possible way of modding this?

maybe i didnt understand but you can create a custom tournament with groups of 3 and select any team u want in each of these groups

Thank you so much for answering, unfortunately what I have found is FIFA 23, 22, 21, 20, 19 only allow to create custom tournaments with groups of 4, 8 and 16 teams without being modded, I would like to find a way to mod the Papa John´s Trophy (the only one who has groups of 3 teams) so I can adjust the position of each team in each group, or do you know a way to create custom tournaments with groups of 3 teams?
