Did you import a bmp texture? Does it have the alpha1 layer in the channels?

I exported just original hair png textures and change the color. After that, I choosed new png textures on panel and exported hair files and textures bro

I have transparent hair texture, When I save that as a bmp file, its looks white bro :/

I solved that problem. I did bake hair and I taked a normal hair texture thanks to thiş technic and I created an alpha layer in this texture :) Its working perfect now
