I wish Greece would prevail.. I mean France weezled their way through the first round... last minute win against England... questionable last goal against Croatia and a pretty lame performance against Switzerland... they deserve a setback... OTOH, don't we all want to see the big guns in the end?
And Greece just ain't even remotely on there level yet and when it counts France will step up the plate..

I wana see the big guns in the end so I will say France but I think that the semi final could well be their stumbling block with the winner of Italy/Czech Republic potentially on tap !

Can you imagine this semi final lineup:

1) Germany v/s England....England beats Portugal and Germany beats Sweden in the quarters

2) France v/s Czech Republic

WOW if thta happens....just WOW !

3-1 France, I think Greece is just going to fall apart and although I want them to win, I think they're going to freeze. Also they lost Vryzas, Dellasis playing a little hurt, fyssas ??? and giannakopoulos injured (but I don't know how badly). If Greece keep they're cool though, they'll do what they did to Portugal.

France have been here before, they just got to get things going. So far very little has been working them. Dellas and Kapsis are going to have their hands full with Zidane, Henry and Trezeguet (maybe even Saha).

I'm praying to god they pull off an improbable (near impossible) victory. Let's just hope the Referee screws things up for France. ;)

If Greece fail, they had a good run. Much better than anyone expected of them.

It is true though, when very little is expected of Greece they end-up winning. When much is expected of them, they end up losing.

2-0 to France. So far they haven't played up to their full potential, at times in the group matches they just weren't pressing enough but I think all that would change now that it has come down to the knock-out stages. Pires and Henry to score.

I say 2-1 for us.

25th minute goal by Charisteas to put us up on top.

40th minute goal by Henry to tie it up.

80th minute goal by Giannakopoulos to win it for us.

Who knows. It could happen (and if it does, I'm gonna party so hard!).

yeah, not many are giving Greece a chance. Watch out.

I think that France will win 2-1 with Zidane scoring in Over-Time.

Greece's defense is tough.

Best of luck to the Greeks, but I think France will win, although they will still probably let in the odd-goal, Silvestre is not having a very good tournament at all, which is good.

1-0 Greece. I suspect Zizou will break a hip and Silvestre will give up a penalty but Barthez will save it. Then Rooney will run onto the pitch from out on the stands and score a goal for Greece. Pele never scored a goal for a team he wasn't playing for in a game he wasn't involved in. (I'm joking, I know Rooney isnt Pele)
