EA staff members are constantly moving from one team to another to keep teams "fresh". You will find that many members of the FIFA team have worked on other big title EA Sports games in the past.

So what you're saying actually is happening.

And we can't really compare NBA and Madden games to FIFA. Simply because NBA and Madden concentrate on one league. FIFA has over 16, plus National teams. It all comes down to timing and what can be done in the allocated time frame. I am of course not ruling out EA ever including any of the awesome features we see in other EA Sports games in FIFA, I'm simply explaining why we haven't seen them in recent FIFA's.

First of all, pls relax all of you. Some of u may like PES some of u may like FIFA - like me. You do not have to fight over this like enemies...

...Nobody can disagree with me - I think so - when I will say that both games EURO 2004 and PES3 can be impoved - and if you disagree with me pls let me know...

Now as far as goes for the new EURO 2004 I have to say that I am a big fan of FIFA 2004 and the new game looks even better. I am very happy now that I have new skills on freestyle, that I have new and better goalies, that the AI is much better, that I can lob or feint a shoot e.t.c...

I can't wait to see the game in PS2...

"FIFA is better than PES" for the 1st couple of weeks then after that the repeativness settles in like it is doing so right now. Then you get pissed off at FIFA and start these gameplay patches and make long posts on how FIFA can become better than PES. Then you all just give up and admit PES is too good and continue with little pety patches.

Think I am liaring? Check the forums for yourself.

I think Euro2004 is better than Fifa2004 but didn't whooped Konami. very far from that. I continue to see stupid errors in EA's game especially about portuguese data (and we are the host country!), totally wrong appearances of the players (p.ferreira blond, maniche blond, ricardo blond...), bad researching (sergio conceição in the line up?!).., portugal completely under-rated...
About the game itself i think it's better. The ball physics improved, the players movements look more like humans and not robots, but the faces i don't like. In PES they have movement (even the hair moves) in Euro2004 they look like an implant in the players body. EA must improve a lot to reach Konami level.

I bought it online, for 5 dollars, works great, didnt have to modify anything , about the brand I have no clue.

Let me tell you stuff about PES that makes it totall unreal:
Players and their monkey stance
Ball physics is totally unreal, it feels like they are playing in space, feels like the ball is floating.
The kicks (and free kicks) are stupid ass hell, you press the button slightly and the ball flies god knows where.
The graphics are cartoonish, I feel like im playing GBA.
The game play dont feel real, its just like the ball, I feel like im playing in space.
There is alot more stuff, Im just too lazy to write it.

I know what you mean, but it's not like all you have to do is cross in a ball, double tap shoot and do an over head kick that 98% time scores. It's much harder...

Yet further proof that you've never played the game in your life. Or wait, maybe only you out of all the other FIFA fans have noticed this in the last few years! Even the hardcore FIFA fans who have actually played PES/WE but stuck with FIFA haven't come up with BS like that before! Your comment about the ball physics proves without any doubt whatsoever you probably haven't even watched anybody play it let alone played it yourself.

pretty obvious youve never actually played the game...or simply dont know a thing about football...i was a fifa fan all my life...since crappy commodore 64 days.......i played we7/pes for the 1st time and never looked back...know why?...because it is the only game that actually attempts to make a soccer simulation..not just a easy to play POS for kids and the mass market....in fact on g4tv/g4tv.com we7/pes/iss was rated the top sports game of all time for europe..and 7th best all time for usa.....fifa was not even mentioned except for interviews where actual game programmers and football fans stated.."fifa doesnt even come close"..."in fifa the goals are repetitive and simple..in we7/pes/iss it is almost impossible to recreate a goal like in real life"......"the ball physics are the most realistic ive ever seen"....."players actually play liek they do on the pitch unlike fifa"..these are words uttered by game programmers not my opinions at all...silly comments as made by mr thierry henry on these forums just make all of you fifa fans look bad...he opens his mouth without thinking but that is to be expected...just as he said.."im on a deviance 0day site"..yet as i idle with some dev members on irc right now.....none of them know who this clown seems to be...but then anyone who utters they are on some group's site on a public forum just simply is a liar as scene rules prohibit advertising of this matter and dev would never let a lamer like this on one of their private topsites....he is probably got access to some lame dump or fxp boards latest crap..i'd hardly call that a dev site moron...and go play the game before you talk next time...simply pathetic....
