I remember a free kick before had the option for a third player but I didn't try it. The free kicks I just forced happen since you asked only had the option to call a 2nd and there was no problem with that. I also cycled through my whole lineup to switch the kicktaker and there was no problems.
So far the only issue for me was having to restart a tournament that got corrupted after the update Damian posted, but that was unavoidable I'm guessing.

- Fixed the next nationals formations because they crashed when playing with them: Mali, Bahamas, Bermuda, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago, Curacao & Cyprus
- Fixed more kit numbers and fonts assignments!
- Updated players team numbers for some teams.

Thanks for the first updates. I have one small request. I checked the formation for my country Iran and there are two defense players in the forward position. Also Nekouman, who is still one of the best players in Iran has only 52. Maybe you can fix it in the next update. If I find more things I will post them. Together we could make this patch absolutely perfect.

Thanks for the massive amount of work put into this from everyone a rather large round of applause to all 
I haven't run that new update but I thought I would post something I noticed.
I was playing about 3 hours or so straight last night and all was fine, simming tournaments and testing, playing AI v AI kick off, playing me V AI ... be a pro bla bla bla.
Anyway on my final game before stopping for the night I played Luxembourge (I cant remember who I played against becuase I quick selected and jumped into a kick off match).
Just after half time, I subbed and so did AI ... at the sub cut scene you had the two players from both teams coming off to do high fives, it stuttered and crashed to desktop.
Now, im not saying this is constant as I played for a while with other subbing and nothing. Although since getting 13 on release day, patching, then modding and patching I have never had a crash at all in a sub cut scene which is a first for me. So I thought I would post for other to look out for it, probably very rare but I did have it last night.
Unless of course the opposing team was one fixed in this new update so I will check that. I always use vanilla latest patched fifa game install duplicate and then install to that with main patch and the update so nothing clashing.
Anyway, love the fact everything is now neatly packaged in one install for all tournaments, very tidy. Also look what some dedicated community members can do that EA cant ever get right and you pay for that privilege, well done to you all.

Last game played was in late march against Libya and Mulumbu was captain, this info is on FIFA.com. As for the rest of the squad you see that played that day the majority is on our DR roster but of course there are discrepancies.

Make sure you get update 2, are you calling the 3rd player over on free kicks?, if so don't do it (although for me it doesn't always crash when calling 3rd player). So far everyone I have talked to has had no issues changing free kick takers or calling 2nd player over for free kicks but that doesn't mean it may not be an issue for some so its important not to fill the thread with anecdotal statements but with detailed explanations so we can try to duplicate the issue and then fix it for you and others, I hope this makes sense.
