My mistake. The few faces that I have tested that display that animation problem are hair models that are already in the default game (8 to 10). Hence the simhair file is in the big files.Really, they're moving without using the simhair files? That's odd... You can release a starter pack with the conversions. Besides, how many players would use such hair? Then we could just hope for a fix
The only long generic hair that is not in the default game that I have tested so far (627) doesn't have the animation problem.
My progresss are slow because I have spent a lot of time with the DTX5 conversion trying to get rid of the small white dots. Also because, as per your suggestion I tried to convert heads models instead of adjusting hair models in blender.
I should have a small package to share by the end of next week.
