I'll do an update either next weekend or the one after. One of them should finally include Gianluigi Donnarumma, since he'll become 17 next Thursday (on which the squads get updated, so I'm not sure whether they'll include him right away or not).

If you click UPDATE ROSTERS in Creation Master


You can then choose the DATA file and it should update within CM.
Have not tested this myself so not 100% sure. But give it a try.
(Always keep a backup of your current DB in another folder just in case)
