The point is FIFA does not release a new database in each update. They update your squads through the saves in your documents folder, so you need Internal Master 12 and some spreadsheet skill to get the new data inside the database.

No, EA uses the same db. However, they put out the weekly squad update which updates teams and even adds new players. You have to merge that squad file with the original db if you want a brand new db.

By the way, anyone know if there a tool which can open XBOX database file?

I made my own research and found that file structure is exactly same as PC database/PC update db, the only one difference is that file is encoded in Big-Endian order.
I've used DB Master only so far, but it doesn't recognize such files.

If someone lets me know when EA has finished all the winter transfers I will
convert it and also add all the unlocked boots, kits and teams as well as stadium names to the database.

i am doing manually . 3 leagues transfers missed because some players i did find in db or game !! epl 6 , bundsliga 2 and laliga 8 players remained !! i did not find them in game !

I've found this on the web. It's the EA squad update from February 7th, including transfers. Maybe someone can export tables from there and update database.

I believe you can use those files with CM and update it yourself
