I know this I can do myself but it is a lot easier if it comes with the installer.

As promised i tested out a new career with V3. I smiulated the first summer transfer window to see if any crazy signings happened and unfortunately they did. although this could still be possible in real life, so i took a picture (sorry for the crap quality) so you could see and judge for yourself if anything still needs tweaking or if it is fine as such. i did notice a difference in the transfers however. (Kompany told chelsea no, and others said no to teams as well) but as you can see in the picture some big ones still happened.

I'd say those are quite fair. Silva to Real and Oscar to Atletic could both happen. The fees may be on the low side though.

Dzeko to Arsenal could happen under the right circumstances. I don't think it would be impossible. The fact that this transfer happens every career, on the last 3 Fifa game does make it somewhat amusing though.

I'd like to think by disabling the first window, and the fewer high profile transfers in January would mean that transfers in the following summer would play out a little differently and more realistically anyway.

I like the idea of Kompany say no to Chelsea though. Have there been tweaks in regards to players joining rival teams?

What version are you using? On v3.0 I reduced the rival change.

Is there any way or smth to see the transfers of his league, not only the top transfers of the world?

Unfortunately no, EA should really consider putting this back indeed.

Will take a look. I did not had luck last year, but hope this year it can be solved.

Can you take a look at international breaks? In the Championship at least, possibly all lower leagues, international duty seems to coincide with games. I had to forfeit quite a few games in the championship due to lack of players because of this.

Some more constructive criticism

-Teams are less willing to negotiate ( I bid $550 000 for a player and they kept asking for $1 100 000 where as normally they would lower it to about $880 000 etc)

- Most commentary lines have been removed for some reason (In the beginning when the commentators announce the team sheet)

- A lot of mid people (Crouch,Doumbia etc) keep on rejecting offers. I once had a whole news page full of people who have reject offers from other clubs

Other than that its coming up pretty good!

I also noticed the commentary gone missing in the beginning of games I wasn't sure if this mod had anything to do with it... Does it?

No problem! Also for the European Championship draws, some of the teams don't make sense such as AC Milan or Hamburger. I know those team arent even in the game (the real ones) but just a suggestion that you can swap those teams with others such as Napoli for instance

What should be selected at install?
- If you already have a gameplay patch (e.g. Fidel, Paulv2k4, ..) - deselect the Gameplay Patch

What files do you use to edit the career-mode?
Unfortunately the PC *.ini files (that we use for editing) haven't been 'cracked' yet.
On older versions we used the FIFA 15 Xbox 360 *.ini files, since they can be decrypted, but they give problems (like no commentary, faults, etc.).

Luckily I have found a workaround. Instead of using the Xbox 360 files, we simple but edits into the transferteamdecision.ini file. This file is parsed as last file (when starting a career), and therefore values placed/added in that file, will overwrite values that are defined in other (career) files.
Dev Note: We don't think this file differs to much from the Xbox 360 version, and it only contains a few strings by default. That also makes it a better choice to use this file, instead of the other *.ini file.

Example:
cmsettings.ini holds values for fitness. Instead of editing cmsettings.ini, we simple place the fitness strings into transferteamdecision.ini.
This also means we have our edits/overwrites separated and make it easier to debug and/or remove/edit things we/you (don't) want.

Problem:
We cannot see the FIFA 15 PC values (since they are encrypted), but most values (that are unknown to us), can be found by extracting the fifa15.exe.
Now we have a overview of strings that are used in the FIFA 15 PC version and we therefore know if adding a string to transferteamdecision.ini has effect:

e.g. TRANSFER/:
Line 62530: TRANSFER/FORCE_USER_PAP_BID_CHANCE
Line 62531: TRANSFER/FORCE_USER_BID_CHANCE

Sometimes we don't know what valid values for a string are, but that's we simple need to test to find out.
You can also use the Xbox 360 files (if defined) to find out what a string value should be.

Always edit with a tool like Notepad++! Don't use the Windows Notepad!
Reason: The Windows Notepad is crap.

Heres what I came up with (Based on teams that failed qualification)

Milan ----> Napoli
Hamburg -------> RB Salzburg
R.Kazan -------> Standard Liege
Genoa ------> Lille

I decided to only say the champions league for now since the europa league is too big but if any one thinks there should be any changes, feel free to reply

They don't have teams like APOEL or Ludogorets (Might of mispelled) other teams include Maribor and BATE

some players have no shoes it is blank
and historic kits are the same with non historic kits just with other colar

You can´t add Napoli and Lille in the champions league because they play in the euro league

Not sure if it was noticed but now the youth players you scout have a generated miniface instead of the annoying black silhouette? Would be great if it's possible to show the same for those real players that don't have photos?
