first of all

v1
- select the proper(now head) model while assigning the texture
- assign it
- ignore the message and set the model to texture mode

v2
- select the head model while assigning the texture
- assign it
- ignore the message and set the model to texture mode
- not working
- import the head model again
- select the new head model and assign the texture to it
- ignore the message and set the model to texture mode
- working
- delete old model

i had the same error message, this way it worked for me



BY THE WAY

CANT WE USE GAMEFACE TO CREATE FACES? it has decent quality and quick as hell making a face, would be awesome IF

- when we download our game face it would be saved on our hdd somewhere
- we could convert it to/it would be in the same format as the defeault faces

We are now able to edit hair model and the new texture making method really helps facemakers a lot, some faces are astonishing. I expect that we will have lots of good quality faces but we don't. Many facemakers make textures with distorted cheek and they don't fit the hair despite we have the tool now. And people praise those faces irrationally. In short, it is a pity.:puke:

+1. Hope someone can make a great tutorial of hair textures. Mine are always weird ingame and the existing tutorials I followed didn't work for me...

Hi guys, as there are some amazing hd textures available for 14 I wandered whether anyone has given a try to convert them to 13 format?

I've tried a few but not amazing tbh as they look a little dodge
