i think my friend the problem is in other languages like german,very pure commentary compared to fifa 12..try to play for example sampdoria-juve with english commentary and you will hear much more players name than the italian sportscaster!!!this is not normal.

i did the same and with the same result ...
I tested too swedish commentary but from 12 and doesn't work

I bet that you are using Win-rar. This program can not open zip files divided into sections. You have to use 7-zip. :)

Get US English Commentary To Work in fifa 13??????
i have fifa 13 multi 12.i chose english in the start of the game.i can change the commentary from english(default,Martin Tyler and Alan Smith, Clive Tyldesley and Andy Townsend),spanish,portugese,german,etc and i an hear different languages.But i want to have commentary team of us english fom espn. How do i enable it?What to edit and how?
i have only the locale.ini but not these 2 files -eng-us.db & meta.xml .Can anybody hlp to give links for download? shall i put those files game/data/ and have regenerate using any tools?? thanks
