If anything, it's the matter of arms and legs, not the faces.
I saw that your after photo has a closer resemblance to the generic skin tone, that's why I mentioned it.

@Skoczek i have exported 28 legends from fifa 18 which are available in bad quality for fifa 16
(bad specmask, bugged neck etc) basically poor conversions like Alexi Lalas, Pauleta and others from the old and defunct Classic XI.
