My friend, what you did was wrong, you attacked the wrong person, he is not to blame for the rules.I reported you my friend, and I'm not sorry (I will explain), nor hiding. As you perhaps know my thread was deleted about three years ago for using Linkvertise links, and then I left the forum and for three years I was watching you and many other facemakers using that site and other link shorteners without any consequences, even though you should've all been banned alongside me three years ago if the same rules were applied to everybody, but they were not and I was the only one sanctioned. Back then I was reported by anonymous users, cowards if you ask me, and you at least know who reported you and I think that is fair, I'm ready for any sort of backlash I will recieve for saying this publicly.
Now, I did not report you to start a personal beef with you or any other facemaker (I will probably report others who uses publishing techniques forbidden by the forum as soon as I have time to go around and check on others), nor I did it to seek personal revenge for what happened to me. I always supported your work and work of every modder who invested their time and energy into FIFA 14, or any other FIFA game for that matter, because I know we all just wanted to make games better for people to play. I downloaded your faces and respected your work, and I absolutely understand that we facemakers want to gain a bit of compensation for the time we invest to make mods - and there I am on your side. But same rules must be applied to everybody, and the rules say that paid links here are forbidden.
Now, my final goal in all this, is that we, as a community, as a union of facemakers if you wish to call it that, rebel in a way against the pointless rule that forbids paid links, and to force a change of that rule. I think paid links should absolutely be allowed here. They are allowed on Facebook and other platforms, I really don't see why they wouldn't be allowed here. Paid links cost the users of this forum NOTHING, except a bit of their time and few extra clicks (to all those who were saying that paid links install malware - you're on the internet, do you really think any of your devices is not already full of harmless malware, such as add trackers?? Lets be serious here). And as you said, if people are not ready to spend a minute to download your face, that took you hours to make, then they don't deserve your hustle and they don't deserve that face. When the best facemakers are gone from this forum because their work and time are not being respected, and they are being banned for posting paid links, only then will the administration of this forum realize what a terrible decision they are making, killing these games, in this case our beloved FIFA 14, by themselves, by their own decisions.
If we all gather and ask for rule change, ask for paid links to be allowed, only then we have a chance to set the same rules for everyone and be (in a very humble way btw because we don't make thousands of dollars from paid links as many people think) compensated for out time and effort. That is why I reported you and that is why I will report every facemaker I see use paid links. I want to finally trigger a wider reaction. When I was banned no facemaker stood by my side, no facemaker backed me up. I hope now with your thread in danger I can provoke a group reaction. Only if we react all together we can actually bring a much needed change and get the right to use paid links on Soccergaming forum. I even propose we all have a big poll, in which we, members, would all vote for/against paid links on Soccergaming. We want to live in a democracy, lets live in a democracy then.
Bless you all, and once again, Jeff my friend, sorry not sorry. I think this was a necessary action.
You harm the entire community just as we were harmed when you were banned...
