I found the error it seems that the hair files are damaged
could you re-upload just those files?

Are you sure? Have you tried the head and face files alone and found out that the game does not crash?

I removed hair, hair texture, hairlod and did file regeneration... now I see his standard hair in match and the game editor... do you have any ideas how to fix this?
