You are correct, the tool recognizes face and hair models from its name (non mi è venuta un'idea migliore!) so face models should start with m228 and hair models should start with m432

You can pick hair from a face to a generic hair but only if the new hair have a number of vertex equal or less to the destination model. So you should see that some time it is possible and sometime it is not. This is true for faces too but many faces have exactly the same number of vertex while for the hair they can change a lot from model to model.

Click the button with red hair when it is enabled. Not all the models can be merged so, sometime, it will be disabled.

I do not have a knowledge of the .o file structure good enough to make a tool like oedit.

I studied the morphing possibility a while and I have to say that it is possible but it requires a LOT of work: for each morphing options (for example hears) it is necessary to find which points of the model are used for hears and to identify the variations in X,Y,Z positions to change its shape. So I decided I can't afford this work. If somebody else would like to make it I can give him instructions and integrate his work in a future version of the tool.

va bene lo stesso...:D solo le modifiche e il programma è ok...poi i futuri facemaker hanno già un ottimo strumento fra le mani...
se hai altri progetti magari comincia a portarli avanti

Now you can:
- load and save .o models
- apply textures to the models
- merge hair and/or heads from two different models
- adjust the hair position

Try it! Please, note that not all the models can be merged so sometime this possibility is disabled.
