As long as I saw the length of the video was like "no, thank you". So I tried a method of my own. As it turned out and for my own pleasure as well, ramzi used the same method for converting hair. Sure, that method does not include the same UV as FIFA's, but it's better than nothing, isn't it? So I'd suggest ramzi's method for a quick and reliable PES to FIFA conversion

Good point, something to note is that this tutorial the hair textures method is somewhat complicated if you are not familiar with blender and PES meshes.

For the hair, there are other useful tutorials like Ramzi's or Tom's or even D0F4's, even if you have to pay for some materials, but it works.

There is a faster way, but the problem is that it cannot be published for copyright
I was able to convert the face in this way in 10 minutes or less

It's more or less the whole process or what I had to see to learn a little about conversions, I'm a bit slow but it helped me to see them all.
