Look at last summer's transfers. How many of you can honestly say that you thought Toure would be the best of the signings?

Anyway, I'm happy we finally got him. Gutted about Gio's move though, I really liked him from the start and would've liked to see him develop here for many years, but I guess it was not to be. Also, we got nowhere near the right price for him, IMO. In a few years we might see him being one of the best, and we'll be pulling our hair off, atleast Laporta.

Now our defence is good as complete, just get rid of Oleguer. Next, Benzema. Hopefully.

Hopefully not, I want him at Old Trafford, he destroyed us in the game last season.

About Toure... I told several friends whe he was about to sign and I still believe this. In 3 or 4 years we will look back on the signings of this summer and Toure will be widely considered the best one, despite Henry being great and Milito being a rock defensively.

Toure is 100% class.

I agree with you about Gio. I hope he continues to develop and does really well at Spurs, but we should have got more for him.
