And wat about you, you have an Arsenal sig, but you always show up in the Inter thread and youre act as an Inter supporter there, and than sometimes you support Palermo. Explain that, without any of your f*cked sexual talk.
Sure, whatever. I inherited my Arsenal connection and love from my father. He's lived in London on and off for many years being situated there by the company he worked for. Now at this time (around 92, 93) I was like 7 or 8 years old and didn't much care for being a fan of anything or anyone. I just played American sports mainly and didn't feel one way or another about soccer. But in hopes of converting us to soccer, my pops would send us Arsenal memorabilia, videos and other soccer related stuff in hopes that my brothers and I would be bitten by the bug and become more in tuned with soccer and stuff. My older brother was quickly swept by it all and became a soccer fanatic quickly, joining soccer teams on and off school, going great lengths to find info about not only Arsenal but soccer in general aswell.
It took me until WC 94 to really become more interested in soccer and be more heavily into it and be consumed by it all. I just enjoyed watching that tourney so much with my family and friends and I started wondering where all these players went after it was all over? Did they have pro leagues like other sports did here in America? Who was who in this sport? So I was heavily consumed by the sport much like my brother for about a year or two and then it suddenly just died down. I got back to my American sports, cut down on my soccer intake until I picked up the novel High Fidelity through a recommendation from a friend some time around late '98. I dug the novel so much that it led me to further investigate what else this Nick Hornby dude had to offer. So I picked up "Fever Pitch" after reading great reviews about it and read it in one sitting (something very rare with me when it comes to reading) This book to me reminded me very much of that deep-seated, emotional feeling I got from WC94. So I read it again and informed my pops about it aswell. This was my epiphany into club football and the resurgence of my dormant Arse connection, man. It was so great that I had to unzip my pants and...errr..forgot, you said to explain myself without any of my "****ed sexual talk"....okie dokie. Anyway, from that day on, Arsenal was my team.....I mean, It had been my team by default from an early age through my father, but I never really followed club football or any sort of football for that matter when I was younger, but from there on, man....phew.......The Arsenal addiction had begun.
As for Inter Milan, My love for them comes mainly through my brother, who's been a fan of theirs and of Italian soccer since 93. He was crazily hyping up this one player for me for quite some time, even before Ronnie was imported to Europe...showing me highlight videos and articles about his exploits and stuff and saying how he ran the 100m dash in 10s flat...I was mightily impressed, man..... Ronaldo this, Ronaldo that. The publicity machine behind him enveloped me, man. I quickly became very partial towards everything Inter the day he joined the Nerazzuri. I also quickly became a big fan of Djorkaeff, Zamorano, and especially of Zanetti for his work ethic and skill with the ball. The first thing I do when I wake up every morning is check for Arse news then Inter news.....its been like this for almost 7yrs now, man.
And as for Palermo, I must admit, my love for them is rather farce, I don't really have much knowledge of the club except for the little tidbits I've gotten from my friend's fathers and relatives and stuff. I started using them in CM 4 a lot and even more so in CM 03/04. Then I started searching info on them on the net to be more familiar with them but all the info I've come across so far is in Italian. I'm rooting for them to spite Fiorentina basically, I want them to have better success than Fiorentina as I can't stand them and the way they got back to SerieA.

Now, if you asked me whos my favourite club, its Milan, always has been. Im not a Roma fan, the sig is just cause i like wat theyve done with their team, and i saw them in person. In CL or Uefa Cup (even though italian teams dont care about it) i support all Italian teams, but thats just cause of national pride.

As for Scudetto, I hope Inter wins it this season. Just cause its more of a sentimental thing, and cause Moratti deserves it. If Roma wins it i wont mind, but Juve or Milan, theyve both won recently, so give somebody else a chance.
I've never, ever, never ever come across a through and through AC fan who is tired of all their domestic success or any other garnered success for that matter and who wants Inter to have a go at it just for "sentimental" reasons and because Moratti deserves it.....lol.....how laughable...if he deserves success all of a sudden then why not Abramovic at Chelsea also? He's plunked down vast fortunes into the club and has overpaid for talent too, right? "He deserves it".....what a ridiculous statement, man.
Now lets continue on with our main feature of the night that exposes your glaring hypocrisies, baffling contradictions and general stupidities

As for Champions League, i want Juve to win, but id be just as glad if Milan/Inter/Roma does. If Roma wins, than Totti and Cassano will get the international attention they deserve, and theyre a mostly Italian team, so thats good as well. If Milan wins, ill be glad, cause theyre the CLUB i like the most. I want Juve to win above all else, cause of Nedved, whos been my fav foreign player since he arrived at Lazio.
This is why you're not a loyal "fan" of any one team in my opinion, You're just the type that has a healthy respect for a lot of clubs and likes a healthy portion of their success on your dinner table aswell. You just use your nationalism as a ploy to save face from embarrassment that a person of your mindset would be dealt, man.
Sports are divisive because of its competitive nature, right?... That's why some fanatics and zealots of a particular team might find it very hard to understand someone who supports 5 big clubs from the same league or someone who only follows a team for a particular player (like me, with Ronaldo, except that I've continued to support Inter after he left and I support them even more intensely now). I'm always faced with that mortifying situation of Inter meeting Arsenal...that sort of **** tugs at the heart, man. Take last season's CL encounter between the two clubs for example. Inter came into Highbury and embarrased Arsenal. They tore the defence apart and played beautiful football. On the exterior, I was very happy, hoopin' and hollerin' for Inter's commanding victory, but after the match, I got this sickly feeling in the pit of my stomach. Arsenal was torn apart and I sat there and enjoyed it....not really, I was just simply happy with inter's win but depression set in after the game. I had the same feeling when Arsenal went up to the San Siro and made Inter look foolish and made their defence look rather flimsy and ordinary. I was jumping for joy all through out the match, but when it ended.....depression set in because of the violent attacks from the media they were going to get and how this would affect their domestic league situation.
