I've lived in Spain for years and I can guarantee that in general, their sense of humor doesn't compare to the British. I've never met a non-spaniard who enjoys Spanish humor, but many, many non-brits enjoy the British humor.
If you like slapstick and 2nd rate farce and commedia dell'arte, then Spanish humor is for you, though.
I might understand your comments if you live in Barcelona, it's so cosmopolitan that it's a somewhat exception to the rule.

Brittish humour is pathetic for me. If Spanish humour is like Arnau's one, I like it

kp40;2654472 said:very interesting off topic disscussion thanks to Arnau. I think the current power of Big 4 simply stared by abramovich era. When he bought chelsea and brought Jose, Jose changed classic english football in England and he bought lots of Champions League style players like Drogba, Essian, Ballack. After that other teams and especially ManU increased their level to compete with Chelsea. On the other side, Benitez era in liverpool was so effective as well, he added new style to liverpool and made them England's Milan.

"Big Four" shouldn't come as any surprise. They are the four financial powers in English soccer with difference.cmc211;2654648 said:Yes. Before Chelsea's advance it was obviously 'Big 3' which includes Man Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool. Well Chelsea was near to them and there were other teams like Leeds or Newcastle which got a chance to enter Champions League. Btw Big 3 wasn't that stable too(Liverpool had some bad efforts). I think the term Big 4 was created because Premier League has 4 Champions league tickets.
I'm waiting that if some team doesn't obey that rule and what will happen.

Andalucia = tierra de gitanos y moros
I don't need eat a spoonful of turd to know it tastes like **** and I don't need to go to the Balkans to know the same thing.
