Attractive veteran who enlisted with a degree and served in Iraq? Yeah duh I would back her. There is pretty much one thing I don't like about her, and it is 100% disgust for army politics and nothing to do with her:

"She was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal at the end of this tour."

Crock of shit because she wasn't an officer at the time, she was just a Specialist. I know of exactly one Specialist who deserved an MSM on a deployment, and he was an intelligence analyst for a special forces group. It wasn't anything heroic, because in that case it would be a Bronze Star.

Incidentally, there ARE decent establishment approved Democratic candidates, but they didn't want to square off with Hillary.

Elizabeth Warren (who would have cruised to the Presidency, IMO), Deval Patrick, Cory Booker, hell I'm pretty sure Jim Webb could beat any Republican in a heads up election (and I personally donated to his campaign).

If the GOP has a brokered convention they should nominate Webb .

Ordinarily, but this year it could come down to preventing Trump from getting an absolute majority of the delegates which would force a brokered convention that could give the nomination to Ted Cruz (probably), Rubio (unlikely), or Romney (if they're desperate). So they matter. Wyoming is also a good sign of how the West will line up, the West has a strong small-l libertarian bent that could be key to stopping Trump.

Bernie Sanders did not serve in any armed forces. I really just use it as a bonus. You still gotta be right on the issues IMO. Webb was a little different, I liked how he took down George Allen in 2006, I was following politics closer than at any point in my life around then.

Big day in Germany with elections in Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Saxony-Anhalt.

Strong numbers for the AfD in all three, especially Saxony-Anhalt where they're near 20% in some polls. Greens look great in Baden where the SPD is gonna get smashed bad. FDP might come back to the Landtag in the Rhineland.

Yes I would, but it would be much easier to support a draft dodger than someone who served very dishonorably. I understand dodging the draft.
